In the Auditorium hall, our main theme The Human Factor – Building New Memories will be discussed by «our» big shots Cracco, Alajmo, Berton and Oldani (in a… «marchesian» mix) and Beck. The Peruvian chef Martinez will return to the stage, and Gürs, from Turkey, will join us after many years. Other international personalities will be with us for the first time: Avillez, Raue, Guerrero. Also, there will be a must-go tribute to Ducasse. In the other rooms: nine champions at Identità di Pasta, ten talents at New Identità, Italy-World. After last year’s success, Identità di Sala will come back with new insights, along with Identità di Formaggio. Identità di Champagne will be joined by the brand-new Identità di Carne.
