Luca Montersino groups many roles in the same person: he’s a pastry chef, a researcher of healthy cuisine and pastry, a business consultant, a food manager and the author of articles in food magazines and books - his latest is Il Tonno e i pesci del Mediterraneo (Tuna and fish from the Mediterranean sea), published by Etoile. And he has also acquired experience in some starred restaurants and important hotel chains, in Italy and abroad.
Founder and creator of the project and brand Golosi di Salute, Montersino has a mission: producing healthy cakes of the highest quality that are, at the same time, delicious. Cakes you can try directly from his pastry shop in Alba, or in all the pastry shops displaying his brand across Italy.
