We’re in the heart of Sardinia, in Abbasanta, a small village where farmers and shepherds are still the true economic engine of the area. The restaurant is located on the island’s most important national road. You can reach it easily from Olbia, Sassari, Nuoro, Oristano and Cagliari.
Meat-based dishes dominate the menu (there’s no doubt meat represents history here), but there’s a seafood menu too. Some ingredients are a constant: it’s unlikely you won’t find traditional pasta like culunzones or sheep’s meat.
