Alberto Gipponi is an original man. Born in Brescia in 1980, he first became a musician, then did social work, but was always a food fanatic. Then at the age of 35 he decided to turn this into a career. Dina is his first adventure as patron-chef. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is very interesting. The casual offer is more delicate, while the fine dining one reaches admirable standards of complexity, with a remarkable taste structure, in a fight of flavours that is always almost but not quite excessive, and results in a happy alternating of persistent aromas. The result is harmonious.
