This establishment stands out in the crowded pizza-scene of Milan. The format has grown, but not too much, with a larger menu and a second branch in Via Plinio. The inspiring principles, however, are always the same: raw materials above average (stone milled flour, San Marzano tomatoes, fiordilatte Fior d'Agerola, organic extra virgin olive oil, anchovies from Cetara, Parmigiano Reggiano...), careful kneading and 48 hours of leavening outside the fridge, attentive and precise baking in the wood oven. The result is a medium-sized pizza with a medium-sized edge, aromatic and tasty, light and easy to digest.
