It’s been five years already since the birth of Dry Milano’s winning “cocktail pizza” format. Today the team is guided by a young man of Russian heritage, Tymur Isayev, and Lorenzo Sirabella, a pupil of Neapolitan master pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia. Pizzas here have a light dough and a fragrant texture; we tasted the one with cream of pumpkin, turnip tops and provola, or the one with broccoli au gratin, caramelised lemon zest and Grana Padano. A special recommendation: come earlier, to taste the extraordinary cocktails.
