Il Cantuccio

A place "of the heart", where you can feel at home, from start to finish. This is Il Cantuccio, which in the past 15 years has become a lighthouse for fine dining in the province of Como. Mauro Elli was a pioneer in an area that wasn’t known for its good food. He’s been capable of making traditional flavours and quality meet. No special effects: he goes to the heart of the ingredient. As in the case of the pigeon in three versions: raw fillet, braised breast and stuffed leg, paired with potato ravioli filled with liver.
