Three very young guys decided to open this restaurant without chasing international fashions, but pointing the spotlight on the local territory while reaching one goal above all taste. Saur is a concentrate of Italian essence and presents an updated version of the typical Italian restaurant offer, that is to say the village trattoria. Of course, this is a contemporary, excellent and “cultured” interpretation. The menu is very short and changes daily based on what’s available from the market and on the season. The prices are very reasonable, the wine list is good.
