Go to the 7th floor of this 5-star luxury hotel next to Stazione Centrale: the aperitif outside, with a view of Piazza Duca d’Aosta, is mandatory. Then go to the restaurant itself: here the Lebano brothers present a menu with different courses, where seasonality is king. You can feel the influence of another family, the Cereas, three Michelin stars near Bergamo: here they work as consultants in the dining room and kitchen. The Risotto, giarratana onion and red prawns from Mazara is memorable. The same goes for the Chargrilled amberjack with piennolo yellow cherry tomatoes.
