The Borgia brothers (from Sicily with love) opened one, in fact two organic restaurants that have become a real concept (in Milan and Palermo), and a pastry shop (Baunilla) and have also introduced the Fud format in Milan, which was also born in Sicily. And there’s more to come. Meanwhile, Bioesserì presents dishes like Potato salad with saffron, chicory, beetroot and apple, served with butter with herbs and anchovies; or Smoked aubergine and ricotta meatballs with chickpea purée and endive. Positive note: the restaurant is open from morning to night, from breakfast to dinner.
