Lino – named after the piazza in right in the centre of town where it is located, is beautiful: light rooms with large windows, an décor inspired by Art Deco and an elegant atmosphere. The kitchen boasts the direction of Andrea Ribaldone, a very successful chef with many restaurants. He redesigned the culinary offer: in this case the work is in progress but it will include a more informal bistro with cocktail bar and a real gourmet restaurant. Another idea is to create a bakery open 24 hours a day, targeting students at the Università di Pavia. The restaurant will therefore have multiple souls; we already like the gourmet one. And dishes such as Risotto al bianco e nero di seppia with squid ink.
