It was precisely 5,648 days, that is to say 15 years and a half, more or less, since the 15th February 2003 – when chef Marcello Trentini and his wife, sommelier Simona Beltrami, opened the "old" Magorabin – and the 3rd August 2018, when they opened the new one.
The new version of Magorabin is a contemporary place where attention is paid to every detail. The chef, in a rather conservative town, was the first to try to test different roads. And now he can push his creative research even further. The result is already palpable; the cuisine of Trentini has evolved. It’s even more structured than in the past. It’s complete, in other words.
