For over a decade, Riccardo Di Giacinto and Ramona Anello have been an indestructible couple in Rome’s fine dining scene. The new All'Oro has not changed the substance and goodness of its cuisine which is always purposeful and original, drawing sometimes from Roman flavours and concepts, more often from Italian ones in general.
The menu ranges from starters that are never banal (Rocher with coda alla vaccinara); Chicken bottoncini with peppers, coconut and turmeric and Veal in the Piedmontese style. Among the desserts, the Lemonberry and the intriguing Cheesecake vignarola with crispy guanciale stand out.
