L'Arcangelo

Arcangelo Dandini welcomes you like a real patron, in a place that is half Parisian bistro, half Italian restaurant. Sufficiently intimate, with a balanced service. The cuisine draws its inspiration from the tradition of Rome and Lazio and being masterfully prepared, it transforms it into something elegant and substantial.

The innovation here is a matter of excellent raw materials, very successful pairings, the chef’s childhood’s memories, all translated into dishes that convey the local culture. The meatballs made with boiled meat will make you find peace with the world, there’s the amatriciana sauce too, but served with potato gnocchi, the artichoke alla romana is marvellous. And how about the animelle?
