Quartopiano is a classy and modern restaurant on the top floor of an office building. Chef Silver Succi combines technique, creativity and lots of passion for a magical culinary experience, offering a «hillside» cuisine a few steps from the beach. The sweet-savory fusion is quite interesting, as well as the way he plays with temperatures in some dishes such as the Burnt flour tortelli with brill, zucchini sauce and brill bottarga, or the Tuna roast beef with beans, or an unusual, revisited Parmigiana with a perfect red pepper ice cream.
