Opened since December 2017, Benso is located in a small city park in downtown Forlì. People come here for a quick and tasty bite, for good, seasonal (or trendy) dishes, and light food; but they come here to dwell on the culinary experience too. Because the show-runner is Pier Giorgio Parini, and if you’ve heard about this chef you’ll know that every preparation always hides a great deal of thinking and an accurate concept, which appears in his dishes with a vegetable soul, often veering on acidic tones. The reduced-servings policy is intriguing and allows for some sampling.
