Martina Chianese and Benedetto Crasta call themselves a couple, more than a family. On February 2017 they made their biggest dream come true: opening a contemporary gourmet restaurant in Parma, in an elegant, brilliantly renovated farmhouse. Martina and Benedetto are very different, but they complement each other; however, they share a passion for wine (she is also a sommelier), for haute cuisine and for working in the dining hall. But what about the kitchen? That is Vincenzo Dinatale’s realm, a young Apulian with a clear head and a nice technical grasp. He picks the finest ingredients and designs balanced dishes, with neat and straightforward flavors. The menu ranges between land and sea.
