A temple of taste and a factory of flavors: these are all viable definition for a new concept, I Banchi, that came to life in July 2015 from the will of Ciccio Sultano, chef and owner of the Duomo, in Ragusa Ibla. A location that’s open 16 hours a day, from 8 AM to midnight, with several culinary options. The scent of the recently baked bread, the breakfast, the aperitivo, the lunch, the snack, the break with granitas, pastries or ice creams, a cocktail, an herbal infusion or an à la carte restaurant. I Banchi is also a shop, a quality grocery store with products from the Hyblaean and Sicilian territory.
