A place of taste, class and beauty, nested into a wall of primal, naked stone. Lily-white linens, sophisticated décor, candles and design lighting create a unique atmosphere: La Rosa’s family was determined to build a real culinary salon. Vincenzo Candiano, who’s been the chef here since 2002, loves his job: he’s filled with passion, an observer who explores his roots and his territory, giving it voice and some new takes. His most beloved dish is the Egg in tomato sauce with a caciocavallo and basil mousse, a memory of his childhood, to dip a piece of bread in.
