Senio Venturi and Elisa Bianchini succeeded in turning an old stable into a lovely restaurant. Their dishes take their guests on a culinary journey that’s far from the usual paths, entertaining them through a modern retelling of traditions.

The balance and the respect for the identity and flavor of each ingredient – always chosen with care and handled with great wisdom – are a must. A concept of cooking that always stays perfectly in line with the products, almost a symbiosis between man and terroir. The wild game, local and certified, is excellent. Memorable: the Risotto with pheasant and almonds and the Stracotto wild boar stew.
