Apogeo, or acme: the most distant – and high – point from the base. Astronomically speaking, the planet Earth; in this case, the planet pizza, that Massimo Giovannini explored in and out before reaching his personal acme, his apogee.

His Pizza with pears, Siena pecorino and Colonnata lard is excellent, as is the Napoli «our way» with Bufala Dop, San Marzano tomato, Anzio anchovies, caper leaves and capers from Salina. If you want more, you can try the Pizza with red salmon or the classical repertoire.
