Cristian and Tomas Torsiello of Osteria Arbustico, the «country» venue that won us over from November 2011 until January 8, 2018, and then moved to the seaside and the Hotel Royal Paestum, are enjoying the new horizon.
The staff has doubled and so the boys’ ambitions, now that they run a battleship on a waterfront that has never stood out for its sparkling offer. Chef Cristian is not afraid of serving a salad, neither of reintroducing the dishes that made him famous: Spaghetto with saffron, Lamb with smoked eel pate and wild herbs, Ricotta and pears.
