Regio Patio is a hotel restaurant within the Regina Adelaide, a family-run 4 stars. The management never changed, and the Tedeschi family has always flawlessly run the place. The chef is Andrea Costantini: a great professional which has to find the right balance between a holiday-resort approach and gourmet soul. He gracefully succeeds, displaying an excellent technical mastery and an ability to manage the aromatic element: full but clean flavors, informative but quite sophisticated. His style is built into the surrounding environment, and the resulting dishes are warm and rich in flavor.
