In March 2018, after months in which Alberto Morello had moved Gigi Pipa around the city, Este got its pizzeria back. Two floors, one at ground level with the kitchen and the ovens, another which could be useful for events. Morello is 31 years old, a wonderful age. His parents, who started the business in 1983, work with him. But Alberto is all grown up now: he can rely on two ovens, an electric one for gourmet pizzas and a wood-fired one for the classical ones, in a game of doughs and flours between Naples and the rest of Italy, with slice tastings or whole flavorful, fragrant discs.
