Amo

Fondaco dei Tedeschi is a beautiful Venetian building, reopened after a careful renovation. The entrance patio is home to Amo, a café-restaurant-pastry shop designed by «starchitect» Philippe Starck. This is the most recent creature of the Alajmo family (3-starred at Le Calandre). Perfect for a fancy lunch, Amo becomes a charming spot for a suggestive dinner: when the shops close, a nice silence falls over the building, the lights go down and in this truly unique environment, with a pleasant background music, you can enjoy a cuisine that, as usual, is a blend of quality and innovation, flavors and entertainment.
