Thanks to the restaurant and hotel Zunica 1880, Civitella del Tronto, with its majestic fortress and its narrow streets surrounded by stone walls, became a bastion of Abruzzo’s culinary bravery. Always family owned (these are its fourth owners), in time it went from regional heritage to a more complex and modern dining offer: a dream that is coming true thanks to the inspiration of Sabatino Lattanzi.

From meat to fish, Sabatino creates strong dishes bringing out the essence of his ingredients, playing with texture and temperature, contrast and balance. Try the Bread and tomato soup.
