D.one as in DavidONE, big David: chef Davide Pezzuto is the heart of this brave project in Montepagano, an enchanting village with a view of blue waves on one side and green country on the other. Here a couple of entrepreneurs founded D.one, a sort of ristorante diffuso («scattered», since it spreads out in several locations).

Pezzuto pours all his talent in it. He has plenty of technique and only needs a stage to showcase it. The eating experience at D.one will be extraordinary. You will find finesse, complexity and harmony in extremely structured dishes, as well as a pleasant nice personal touch.
