Bruno De Rosa is the Mozart of pizzas: he’ll have you enjoy a unique symphony starting from notes of wild fennel, saffron, liquorice, red currants, coffee, pineapple, sunflower seeds and every possible edible product, because there’s no limit to the starters, where he paints the colours of nature. Ingredients have the main role, transformed into 142 interpretations of pizza, but every day there are some daily specials completing the melody. Don’t miss the Limonita, with burrata and anchovies; or, for classic lovers, the Napoletana Verace with wild fennel in the dough.
