Luca Mariani and Sonia Simonetta, are a happy couple, both in life and in business. For years now they’ve been masterfully running this restaurant that once belonged to Luca’s parents. From his father, a baker, he learnt the secrets of flour, and today he makes a suave and very easy to digest dough for pizzas and bread. The obsessive research of raw materials and the talent of Sonia in the kitchen, makes it possible for pizza to become a real dish on which to place true delicacies. The meeting with young chef Simone Livraghi gave further strength to the culinary offer.
