It may sound like a fairy-tale, the story of the meeting of Franco Pepe and the Moretti family, owners of Albereta. Pepe brought his divinely light dough here, as well as his passion for flour, mother yeast and local ingredients. In a play of connections between north and south, from his hands are born pizzas like Curtefranca, with Fatulì della Val Saviore, smoked pancetta, fiordilatte from Alvignano, chopped broccoli and pistachios.
