Osteria della Brughiera, in an elegant villa with garden, is the kind of restaurant that finds a place in your heart because every time you go you find a new, decisive, captivating and always original cuisine, which has reached high standards receiving many acknowledgements. This is thanks to the work of patron Stefano Arrigoni and of a young brigade. The dishes in the menu are both reassuring and intriguing: Lamb cooked in salt, tequila and lemon, Chargrilled wild turbot with two gazpachos, reduction of lemon, chargrilled chard... Among all, the Crudità di mare with carpaccios of seafood, calamari, anchovies, boulot and Gillardeau oysters deserves a special mention.
