While the fathers made history, their children are the future. This happens in the restaurant industry too. So the cuisine evolves, and gradually becomes richer, generation after generation. This is what’s happening at Antica Osteria La Rampina, a historic place known for the excellent Lombard culinary offer presented by Lino Gagliardi, but now made even richer and transformed thanks to the creative personality of his son Luca, a contemporary experimenter. The result is not in contrast, but a completion: the menu is moving towards more elegant dishes, where fish represents an important component, interpreted in different ways, depending on the season.
