Villa Naj in Stradella is a very ambitious place in Oltrepò, a region that hasn’t been very generous when it comes to offering satisfaction. They recently changed chef, with the arrival of Alessandro Proietti Refrigeri. Not just anyone, but one of the interpreters of the Italian New Wave in the kitchen. He’s a guarantee in this sense; he started to test the best local small producers, in the hope of finding the most suitable way to present the surroundings while interpreting them with his cosmopolitan vision. He pays attention to the territory, but then travels following the compass of taste.
