Tipografia Alimentare is not a restaurant. Technically speaking it’s a "bar with no use of the kitchen", where you can have breakfast and an aperitif, and a shop selling wines and other products. Only few good things is the general philosophy. At lunchtime they use organic raw materials from very small Italian producers but the look, the textures and the preparations are Nordic. Small plates, lots of vegetables, lightness, good pairings, fermentations and marinades. When the aperitif comes, it’s time to change style: natural wines, high quality bread, excellent cured meat and cheese until 10 p.m.
