The offer of Niko Romito has an incredible number of formats. Six projects, starting from the headquarters, Reale, three stars. Then there’s Spazio, the trattoria in Rivisondoli, Milan and Rome; Pane, currently only in Rome; ALT on the valley floor of Castel di Sangro, next to a brand new bakery, and Bomba, the pilot in Milan. The chef from Abruzzo has been travelling around the world, surfing on the Bulgari hotels: Shanghai, Beijing and Dubai are the first openings, the fourth was Milan late in August 2018. The Spaghetti e pomodoro, all worth tasting, deserve a special attention.
