Antica Osteria Marconi is a cult place with over 20 years of history, always successful. Here patron-chef Giuseppe Misuriello enjoys playing with tradition, sometimes adding influences from other areas, sometimes interpreting it with a modern take, but always respectful of local flavours.
A proof of this is given by the citrusy notes of the Risotto with prawns, fresh broad beans, candied lemon and pecorino. It stands out thanks to the masterful use of the cheese, so much so it gives harmony without being overpowering compared to the other ingredients.
