In 1954 signora Maria and her husband opened this trattoria in the historic centre of Olevano. Over the years, the restaurant became a point of reference thanks to its rich, comforting and well-finished cuisine, and its charming old-style décor.
Ever since there is Giovanni Milana in the kitchen, the grandson of the founders, the restaurant has made a significant leap, and now matches a great work in enhancing the value of traditional recipes (starting from the iconic cannelloni, filled with meat, with tomato and fiordilatte cheese from Morolo) with more elegant dishes, such as duck leg confit with carrot purée and orange.
