The view of the Colosseum, almost within reach from Palazzo Manfredi’s terrace will charm you. On the last floor there’s Aroma, the restaurant guided by Giuseppe Di Iorio. The menu is made of Mediterranean good sense and some original influences, as in the case of the Ragusano donkey tartare with asparagus, smoked leek and gel of apples, or the Confit crab salad with mango sauce, aioli mayo and black puffed rice.
His dishes show elegance. They sometimes parade the raw materials of Rome, while in other cases they focus on great and sound classics that is hard to do without.
