Riccardo Di Giacinto continues his work with Madre, a concept that meets the needs of clients looking for a quick and urban offer, and who want to experience high quality comfort food. It doesn’t matter whether it’s pizza, maritozzi, ceviche, tapas or something else: Madre always reveals its strong Latin imprint, which is developed throughout the culinary offer and continues even when you approach the bar.

Here you can choose something to wet your palate, what with mezcal, tequila or pisco. The Parrilla of meat and the Sal, that is to say fresh filets of fish grilled with sea salt. are both excellent.
