While Stefano Callegari is as busy as ever what with new openings and international ventures, the young and bright staff led by Alessandro Fasulo by the oven makes sure that Sbanco remains among the best pizzerias in Rome. It’s the perfect place for a laid-back dinner with friends, with excellent pizzas.

There’s the always delicious Margherita, the one with Courgette flowers and anchovies... Or the creative ones, like Tra capo e collo with fiordilatte, coppa di testa and capocollo – paired with good craft beers (draught beers, in rotation, from small and large Italian brewers with many special selections worth trying).
