Opened in 2010 by Vincenzo Cammerucci – a chef from Marche who moved to Romagna – with Milena Zanfini – queen of the dining hall and of the desserts – this agritourism has become a landmark for those who wish to rest in a laid-back environment, surrounded by professionals with an eye for detail, in a climate that’s warm in any season of the year. The vegetable gardens, the chicken coop and the aromatic garden are the kitchen’s main supply source, and a ruling seasonality blends with the chef’s imagination. On the table you won’t find any bread but a toasted piadina, as in the best traditions of the Romagna-Ravenna area.
