La Palta

From the Piacenza contryside, it managed to keep an integrity of flavors and its flair for hospitality, but La Palta is above all a reflection of Isa Mazzocchi: a strong and elegant woman, tenacious yet gentle. Its huge windows wrapped in green make for a dreamlike experience, in which we finally find the perfect balance between Artusi’s recipes and some pioneering ideas from beyond the Alps. Try the Eggplant gnocchi with smoked eel and oregano, with their gentle herbal hints, and the Roasted squab with capers, almond purée and salads.
