Luca Zaccheroni and Omar Casali’s is a well-tested and winning partnership when it comes to ideas, dining solutions – Marè is open from breakfast to dinner – and the desire to add a baking and leavened doughs section and a personal interpretation of piadinas and pizzas for real foodies. At lunch they offer a more dynamic option, with a dish of the day and tasty salads. Then there’s the Piada Roll, constantly evolving. Not to be missed: Passatelli with cuttlefish amatriciana. Tapas for everyone from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. At night there’s a change of atmosphere, with a fancier menu.
