Located on the via Aurelia, between Sestri Levante and Chiavari, Impronta d’Acqua is a restaurant for all palates. You can choose between 2 tasting menus, one meat-based and one fish-based. Always outstanding: the Shellfish and baby squid soup with coconut milk and lime, or the Smoked eel, parsley and lemon risotto.

The Fried baby squid with avocado guacamole and sweet-and-sour sauce combines amazing flavors, joining a staple like fried fish with exotic tastes. To end on a sweet note, the Pop Croc, a caramelized rice sphere with lemony almond foam and banana.
