Duo is strongly tied to the local area in terms of aesthetics and raw materials, yet it is light years away from folkloristic cuisine. Chef Fabiano Viva has a colourful set of experiences, and now has bet everything on this jewel seating twenty people. Almost everything is made in Puglia.
What sets it apart from many of its competitors is the knowledge that Viva acquired by meeting prominent people during his life. The taste for aesthetics, in the presentation of the dishes, as well as in the décor, adds an extra value to the work of the chef, who is a constantly erupting volcano.
