An oasis of good taste. The restaurant has always been run by the Tibolla family, and today at its helm we have brothers Oscar (the chef), Diego (the sommelier) and Livia (the maître). A trio that managed to stay up to date, renovating the space and evolving their offer without betraying their roots. Oscar is a light-handed and curious-minded chef, so he ventured beyond the borders of mountain cooking. Here is the delicious Tomato au gratin with Agordino’s snails, butter and Alpine cheese, or the superb Raviolo with sheep ricotta, flavored with truffle and served with a suckling pig ragu, porcini and thyme.
