In this restaurant located on the edge of downtown Padua and run by Andrea Valentinetti there’s a certain ambition. Radici tells the story of its land, of familiar places and local ingredients to appreciate with an understated creativity. The future is promising, their pastry section is constantly improving (after all, Andrea was a pastry chef first) as well as the fish selection. Soon it will be possible to stay in one of the 4 rooms of a contiguous facility. On the menu, the unfailing Paduan chicken, the best of the fish markets, intriguing desserts. We also noticed a great care in the plating.
