A small, young bistrot in the heart of Soave. This is the love-and-dine dream of young chef Alberto Mori and his wife Ivana Firulesko. Alberto’s hand shapes a scrumptious cuisine, which draws from the classics using new techniques and light cooking methods. A great deal of attention is focused on the ingredients, always fresh and mostly supplied by small local farmers. The service is lively and sympathetic. Among the dishes, we already have some house classics like the Neanderthal Tartare (hand-chopped meat and cooked ossobuco) or the Eggplant parmigiana.
