The Identità Golose Guide

On September 2007 the Guida ai ristoranti d’Italia, Europa e Mondo di Identità Golose premiered on the stage of the Italian book market: the 417 restaurants and gourmet locations then reviewed by 40 contributors, over 5 editions (the latest being the 2012) have become respectively 646 and 103.

The book is created with MAGENTAbureau, edited by Paolo Marchi, coordinated by Gabriele Zanatta and Giulia Corradetti, distributed by Ali srl and designed by Grafiche De-Si. It has some characteristics unknown to the Italian guidebook market: for the first time it includes reviews of restaurants, pastry-shops, pizzeria, butchers and so on from all over the world (27 countries in the 2012 edition), all of which are signed. On top of that, there are no votes, but a vector that states the level of tradition vs innovation of the cuisine.

For each edition, the format also includes a tasty portrait of 12 cities, in Italy and abroad, depicted by as many authors, often contributors to important newspapers in their respective countries. The first 5 editions of the Guide have hosted important authors in Italy's and the world's book and journalism scene, such as José Carlos Capel, Carlo Petrini, Emanuela Audisio, Roberto Perrone and Oliviero Toscani.
