It’s intriguing, when you enter the restaurant and dive into its structure, carved into an embankment, with all its tunnels. There’s a good use of the space: delicatessen (with a selection of cured meat, cheese from all around the world), a bar open from breakfast to after dinner, a restaurant and a wine bar. There’s something to everyone’s liking.

Tasting Cristina Bowerman’s dishes in this urban setting is a pleasure. A few examples? Panino with liquorice, with foie gras escalope, mango ketchup, mayonnaise with passito wine and vegetal chips, or Pig’s neck, roasted celeriac, caramelised pineapple and fried mint.
